Northwest Area
Clatsop, Lincoln, Tillamook, Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties
The SMART Northwest Area team implements SMART and raises funds to support SMART in Clatsop, Lincoln, Tillamook, Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties. In 2011-2012, we served 1,353 PreK through third-grade children with the help of 594 local volunteers. We are focused on recruiting more volunteers and establishing strong financial support among our communities to ensure we can continue this important work of empowering local children through reading.
