South Valley Area
Lane, Linn, and Benton Counties
The SMART South Valley Area team implements SMART and raises funds to support SMART in Benton, Linn and Lane Counties located in the Willamette Valley. In 2011-2012, we served 1,185 PreK through third-grade children with the help of 642 local volunteers. We are focused on recruiting more volunteers and establishing strong financial support among our communities to ensure we can continue the important work of empowering local children through reading.
